		<description>Since it&#039;s common knowledge that traditional Printing has been in a huge paradigm shift for 20 years, how is RIT teaching their students to deal with uncertainty and chaos? When I had my own Graphics Firm the Opticomm Group in St. Louis, I hired two graduates from RIT who were deaf. ONe was a Designer and the other worked in our litho dept. Both were excellent employees.  
    We just closed another union plant in St. Louis, Kohler Printing which was doing $11 million  </description>
